Our team is in charge of the time-consuming job of finding, vetting, interviewing, and hand-picking the best assistants for each of our Client’s specific needs. We only choose candidates that are top talent. 

How is REVAMP different from an Agency?

WE DON’T TAKE A CUT. The wage you pay your VA is exactly what they earn. This solves the problem of VA burnout. Statistically Agency’s take upwards of 40-60% of their candidates salary. We strive to be the ethical solution to this problem. 

Are Assistants Pre-Vetted?

Yes, we partner with PHEFI, and they execute the vetting process.

How do I pay my VA?

Directly! We suggest apps/websites such as Veem, Wise, Remitly, PayPal, and Xoom.

Where do REVAMP VA’s work from?

Most VA’s live and work in Davao City, all work within the Philippines. 

Do you offer a guarantee? 

Yes, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee.            
If you’re not happy with your assistant within the first 4 weeks of work, we’ll replace your current assistant with a new VA at no additional cost to you. In the very unlikely event that you’re not happy with your second assistant after the first 4 weeks, or he/she didn’t have the skills needed to complete the tasks you needed to be done during that time, we’ll refund your REVAMP Fee 75%. 

Who will train my assistant and assign their tasks? 

You or someone from your existing company will need to train the assistant. Just like when you hire a regular employee, they’ll need to go through your training and on-boarding to become members of your team. If you need help training them, creating a sales or marketing strategy, or anything else, contact our REVAMP team and we’ll provide you with various options on how we may be able to help you.
